Admiralty Point Condominium is located in Naples Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The property consists of 10 acres of land bordering the North bank of Doctors Pass. To its West is the Gulf of Mexico and to its East the Venetian Bay.

For the boaters or sailboat enthusiast, our location allows immediate access to the Gulf. The property is located in the Moorings area of Naples and is approximately five miles north of Old Naples.

There are two resident buildings on the property, the West Building consisting of 99 units and the East Building consisting of 45 units. Admiralty Point is a gated-community with security guards present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff includes the management team of Keith Tompkins, General Manager and Marcia Kwaczek, Administrative Assistant. We also have two maintenance staff, one grounds keeper, two housekeeping staff and nine security guards.

There are two underground watered Har-Tru tennis courts located between the two buildings, as well as a shuffle board court. In the West pool area, a club room is located that overlooks the pool and grill area and can be reserved for private pool parties.

The larger club house is located near the East pool and grill area which can also be reserved for parties. The grounds are meticulously maintained and there are many walking areas to and from the pass, the Gulf and to each building area. These facilities are available for all to use.
